International Shoe Size Converter

Shoe sizes vary by brand, but Centimeters (CM) never lie. To get the most accurate result from the calculator above, measure your foot using this method:

1. Prep: Place a piece of blank paper on the floor against a wall. Wear the type of socks you plan to wear with the shoes.
2. Trace: Stand on the paper with your heel touching the wall. Trace the outline of your longest toe.
3. Measure: Use a ruler to measure the straight line from the edge of the paper (heel) to your toe mark.
4. Calculate: Enter this number in the "CM" box above.

Tip: If one foot is larger than the other, always use the measurement of the larger foot.

Parents often find children's sizing the most confusing. Our tool filters by age group to make this easy, but here is the breakdown:

• Infant (0-12 Months): Usually sizes 0C to 4C. Soft-bottom shoes for pre-walkers.
• Toddler (1-4 Years): Sizes 4C to 10C. For early walkers.
• Little Kid (4-8 Years): Sizes 10.5C to 3Y.
• Big Kid / Youth (8-12 Years): Sizes 3.5Y to 7Y.

Important: A "Big Kid" (Youth) Size 7Y is roughly the same physical length as a Men's Size 7. If your child has outgrown size 7Y, they are ready for adult sizing.

We included a "Brand" selector in our tool because molds differ between manufacturers.

• Generic/Standard: Follows the international ISO standard.
• Nike: Generally runs True to Size.
• Adidas: Often runs slightly larger than Nike. A US 10 in Nike might feel like a US 9.5 in Adidas.
• Converse (Chuck Taylors): Famous for running very large. Most people size down by 0.5 or 1 full size.
• Vans: Generally True to Size but can be snug in the toe box for wide feet.
